McFerran University is a unique education school for all Real Estate Professionals in Pierce County. The term “University” means “school of schools” for higher education. This is exactly the definition of McFerran University. We have combined three Real Estate Schools, ONE SOURCE, NorthWest Real Estate Institute, and Professional Center for Continuing Education, to make up McFerran University.
We are ever expanding our selections of classes to provide Continuing education for Realtors, Attorneys, Escrow, CPA’s, and Lenders. Our high quality classes are intended to meet the needs of these professions with the required number of Continuing Education hours. Most of our classes are live instruction. We also offer a selection of Computer Based courses for Real Estate Continuing Education, including a Real Estate Pre-License course on CD that has 100% pass rate. Our students agree that the course is interactive and user friendly, attributes that are important for completing the material in a timely manner.
We presently have three locations offering Continuing Education Hours for Real Estate Professionals. Our main campus is located in Tacoma at 3906 74 th Street So. close to I-5 for easy access from either North or South. Our Puyallup Campus is located in the PC Bank Complex at 413 29th ST NE close to the Highway 410 interchange to Sumner and Puyallup.
