Karen R. Turner has been a Realtor for more than 25 years in the State of Washington. Most of her career has been in the Pierce County area where she was the President of the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors in 1990 and also named the Washington State Realtor of the Year in 1990. In 1992 Ms Turner had the opportunity to move to Kettle Falls in Northeast Washington and practice real estate in Stevens, Ferry and Pend Oreille Counties. In 1998 was the President of the Northeast Washington Association of Realtors. Ms Turner came back across the Cascades in 1999 to practice Real Estate in Western Washington again only as a Broker and Education Director for Coldwell Banker Hawkins-Poe.
Ms Turner holds the Certified Residential Specialist Designation, Washington State Real Estate Instructors license. Ms. Turner has been teaching Real Estate classes since 1983 all over the State of Washington and some National classes also. Ms Turner is a substitute instructor for Tacoma Community College, Renton Technical College, and Green River Community College. Over the years Ms Turner has developed several Real Estate courses and has written Real Estate articles for publication in Eastern and Western Washington.
