Washington Real Estate Fundamentals

COURSE DESCRIPTION: This 60 hour CD course is designed to provide competency in all areas of Real Estate necessary to establish a firm base of knowledge from which to build a successful career in Real Estate. The user-friendly interactive course covers everything from concepts of real property and ownership to Washington-specific laws. This course explores The Residential Landlord-Tenant Act and the “Real Estate Brokerage Relationships” agency law passed in 1997.

TESTING: Students will be required to complete all the tests of each unit and complete a final exam before uploading the results of the completed course to McFerran University for certification. The certificate of completion will not be given until all criteria is met.

DURATION: Course must be completed within six (6) months. Special exceptions can be made for unexpected circumstances if student notifies McFerran University prior to the six months deadline.
